With the ATEM Mini Pro Switcher, you can switch between shots of your speaker, hosts, or slides for a more dynamic, engaging presentation. You can incorporate video clips, PowerPoint slides, and full-frame graphics by playing them from your own laptop, which can then be input into the switcher. 

With the inclusion of the Elgato Camlink 4K capture card, you can connect the mixed output of the switcher directly to your livestream feed for a seamless broadcast experience.

Another great advantage of this package is that the ATEM switcher can record the mixed output — combining everything shown during the event (camera, video clips, and presentation slides) into one single video file. This output is essentially an "as-live" or edited version recorded in real-time, so you already have a complete and polished copy of the event right after it ends. This means you can receive a copy of the recorded video within the same day of your event, without waiting for post-production editing.

This is an affordable and cost-effective package, providing an alternative to hiring a separate GFX and playback team. You can use your own equipment, resources, and staff to manage video and graphic playback, streamlining the production process while keeping costs down.

Designed for clients who want professional, flexible, and edit-ready coverage — this setup uses two Sony A6400 cameras, giving you more shot choices and coverage flexibility (wide + close-up, speaker + audience, cutaways, reaction shots). Paired with the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO, a powerful video production switcher, this package not only delivers a polished live mix but also records each individual camera feed and every connected input source.

Why two cameras + ISO is powerful

• More shot choices: Two cameras let you capture different angles simultaneously (e.g., wide, tight, audience), so the live director can cut between views for a richer, more professional presentation.

• ISO (individual source) recordings: The ATEM Mini Extreme ISO records each camera and each laptop input separately — so you get editable files for every source, plus the mixed program output.

• Best of both worlds: You receive an "as-live" edited recording (the mixed program) immediately, and separate ISO files to re-edit, create highlight reels, or produce social media assets later.

How it works in practice
Play your video clips or PowerPoint slides from your own laptop and route that laptop as an input into the switcher. The switcher performs the live cuts and can also overlay simple graphics and logos. The ATEM records the program (what viewers see) plus each input individually — meaning you walk away with a ready-to-share event video and all the raw camera and input files to craft additional content.

A bit technical for you? Don't worry!
Our Switcher Operator can assist you with all the switching and playback coordination during the event. Or, you can request an optional Technical Director (TD) to oversee the entire live flow for smoother coordination and timing.
