PEMSEA EAS Congress 2009

Last Nov 23, 2009, three AVPs we produced for PEMSEA were shown at the EAS Congress 2009 at the Philippine International Convention Center.

The EAS Congress 2009 was hosted by the Government of the Philippines through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). It was organized by the Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) and DENR and supported by the Global Environment Facility, United Nations Development Programme, United Nations Office for Project Services and Coastal Management Center.

PEMSEA (Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia) is a regional initiative that promotes sustainable development and environmental stewardship in East and Southeast Asian coastal and marine areas. It brings together governments, communities, and organizations to implement integrated coastal management practices, protect marine ecosystems, and foster resilient and climate-adaptive coastal communities.
