Multi-Camera Video Coverage & Livestream
On August 3, Digibox Audio Visual Productions provided multi-camera video coverage and Facebook livestream support for Pinto Museum's event, Empowering Visual Artists. The overall event production, including lighting and sound, was handled by Smile Party Events, while Digibox focused on video coverage and livestreaming.

Before the program officially began, a pre-event activity took place in the museum's garden, outside the function room. To allow guests inside the function room to see what was happening in the garden, we fed video from two cameras to the LED wall inside, using Hollyland wireless transmitters.

Due to the distance between the garden and the function room and interference from walls, the wireless signal was unstable. To address this, we positioned the wireless receivers midway between the garden and the function room, then wired them via fiber optics through our ATEM camera converters to the ATEM switcher at the tech booth on the balcony.

The Hollyland Mars 400S Pro wireless comset also faced signal challenges, so we placed the main master headset midway between the function room and the garden. Serving as the central hub for six headsets, this setup balanced communication: two headsets in the tech booth, three in the garden, and the master headset in between, ensuring clear and reliable communication throughout the event.
