Rak of Aegis

Digibox Audiovisual Productions provided video equipment for the video documentation team of Rak of Aegis, the hit Filipino rock musical staged at the PETA Theater Center.

Lucky me, I got to experience the energy and excitement of its final run, catching both the 3 PM and 8 PM shows on the same day.

Rak of Aegis is a musical phenomenon featuring the iconic songs of the Filipino band Aegis, reimagined into a story about resilience, love, and hope in a flood-prone community. Written by Liza Magtoto and directed by Maribel Legarda, the show became one of the longest-running original Filipino musicals in history.

The PETA Theater Center is the flagship venue of the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA), a leading force in Philippine theater.
