Livestream Coverage for ICTSI Supplier Quality Awards

On August 13, we provided multi-camera livestream production for the Supplier Quality Awards of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), a global port management company headquartered in Manila.

Held at ICTSI's office, the event featured a 3-camera setup with professional lighting and sound, with dedicated camera coverage for the main host, co-presenter, and a two-person on-site guest setup. 

What made the production particularly engaging was its hybrid format. Awardees and other participants joined remotely through Microsoft Meetings, and their live feeds were integrated into the program alongside the on-site presenters and guests.

The livestream also incorporated PowerPoint presentations, pre-recorded video clips, and an interactive online game involving the Microsoft Meetings participants. Our production team managed the live switching and integration of these different sources to create one seamless program.

The event was livestreamed directly to Microsoft Meetings, connecting ICTSI's on-site team with its remote awardees and participants.

A Complete Mobile Livestream Production

This project demonstrates how a mobile multi-camera setup can bring together on-site presenters, remote participants, presentations, videos, and interactive content into a single professionally produced livestream.
