ICMP Training Program

Documenting three days of ministry training for future learning and training use

From August 25–27, 2026, we provided three-camera video coverage and documentation for the International Christian Missions Philippines Foundation (ICMP) during its three-day training program at the Philippine Bible Society Tower.

ICMP is a Christian ministry focused on equipping pastors and ministry leaders through biblical and practical training, particularly those with limited access to formal ministry education and resources.

Three-Camera Coverage for Training Documentation

The event featured a 3-camera setup, providing multiple angles of the speakers and training sessions while also capturing the accompanying PowerPoint presentations.

Instead of being displayed live on the venue's LED screen, the camera feeds were live-switched and recorded using an ATEM ISO switcher. This approach provided a ready-to-edit recording of the program while also preserving the individual camera recordings for post-production.

The ISO recordings make it easier to go back to specific portions of the training, allowing the final videos to be edited down to the most relevant lessons and sections for future use.

Introducing Our New Hollyland Tally Lights

This project also marked the rollout of our newly acquired Hollyland Tally Lights.

The tally system gives camera operators a clear visual indication of which camera is currently live, making camera changes during a multi-camera production more coordinated and efficient.

Audio was separately recorded using our Zoom H6 Studio, providing a dedicated audio recording for the training sessions.

From Event Documentation to Training Content

The goal of this production was more than simply documenting the three-day event. The recorded material is intended to become a useful training resource that can be edited, organized, and reused by ICMP.

This project demonstrates how a multi-camera event documentation setup can be designed not just for recording an event, but for creating quality video content that continues to serve an organization long after the event has ended.
